or more of them as a Committee to Assemble and
meet together at Hicks hall in St. John Street
in this County on Tuesday the Sixteenth day of
September next at Ten of the Clock in the
forenoon and at such other times and places
as they Shall think fit And to consider of
the said Act of Parliament, and of the best
Methods to be taken for effectuating the same,
and particularly what Sort of Persons are fit
to be appointed Searchers to View and inspect
the makeing of Bricks and Pantiles in this
County; and for what time, and for what
Places or Districts, And to Report their
Opinions in Writing touching the Premisses
unto the Court of the next Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace for this County on the
County day of the same Sessions, (to witt)

Honourable Sir Robert Raymond< no role > Knight Lord
Chief Justice of his Majestyes Court of Kings Bench
between Thomas Robe< no role > and John Matthews< no role > Esquires
Patentees of the Office of Clerk of the Market of
the Kings Household and Richard Norwood< no role > Gentleman
High Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne in
this County in order to Try if the said Clerk of the
Market hath any or what Jurisdiction or is
