High Constables within the said Hundreds
forthwith to raise and pay over the Moneys Assessed
by the said Rate upon the severall Parishes and
Places within their respective Districts (which are
in Arreare and have not been by them paid to the
said Mr. Harman) unto the said Mr. Harrison
whose Receipts shall be sufficient Discharges
to the said High Constables for such payments,
as shall be by them respectively made to the
said Mr. Harrison, And for the effectuall
Raiseing of such Moneys assessed by the said
Rate as are yet in Arreare as aforesaid It is
hereby recommended unto the said Mr. Harrison
forthwith to issue forth his Precepts to the
Severall High Constables within the Said
Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne and Istleworth
for their Speedy raiseing of the Moneys assessed
upon the severall Parishes and Places within
their respective Districts for Reliefe of Maimed
Soldiers and Mariners , and for their speedy
paying over the same (after their Receipt
thereof) unto him the said Mr. Harrison as
Treasurer of the same,

to be admitted as a
County Pentioner,

Upon Application made unto this Court by William
James Alledgeing that he is legally Settled in
the Parish of St. Margaret Westminster in this
County, and that he being a Mariner was Wounded
in the Service of the Crowne of this Kingdome,
And praying that in respect of his Services he
may be Admitted a Pentioner and to receive a
Pention from this County in respect of his Services,
for his better Support and Maintenance It is
Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recommended and referred unto his Majestys
