said Affidavit be transmitted by the Clerk of the
Peace to the said Mr. Weedon< no role > together with a Letter
to acquaint him that the Justices of Peace now
Assembled at this present Sessions doe desire
that he will please to Dine with them at
Hicks Hall on Thursday the Fifth Day of
December next being the County Day of the
next Generall Sessions at one of the Clerk in
the afternoon, and on that Day give an Answer
to the Matters comprized in the said Affidavit

It is Ordered by this Court that Edward Tickner< no role >
Gentleman High Constable of the Hundred of
Istleworth in this County (who hath Served the
said Office for the Space of Three Yeares and
upwards) be and he is hereby Discharged from
his said Office of High Constable , And this
Court doth appoint John Walkers of Istleworth
within the said Hundred in this County
Gentleman to be High Constable of the said
Hundred of Istleworth in the Room and
Place of the said Edward Tickner< no role > , And doth
Order that the said John Walker< no role > Doe
forthwith after Notice of this Order attend
one of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for
this County residing in or neare the said
Hundred and take his Oath for his due
Execution of the Office of High Constable
of the Hundred of Istleworth aforesaid,
