Sessions of Peace holden for the said County, Now for
the more Effectuall remedying and redressing of this
Growing Evill< no role > and Corrupt practice and preventing
the Mischiefs and dangerous Consequences which if
continued might happen thereby, It is Ordered by this
Court that the Sheriffe of the County of Middlesex for
the time being Doc for the future return to the Court
of every Generall Quarter and Generall Sessions of the
Peace to be hereafter holden for the said County at
the beginning of each Sessions upon the Pannell of the
Grand Jury the true Christian Names Sur names and
Additions of able honest Skilfull and Substantiall
Men fitt to be Grand Jurymen to Inquire for our
Soveraigne Lord the King for the Body of the said
County, to the intent that his Majestys Service
May be the better done and performed, And in
Case any Person Shall hereafter be returned upon
the Pannell of the Grand Jury who shall by his
Oath taken in open Court or by any other proper
Evidence appear in the Judgment of the Court not
worth the Value of Three Hundred pounds, such
Person shall be excused or rejected and Sett a side
from being a Grand Juryman of the said County;

Whereas by Order made by this Court on this present
Saturday the Fifteenth day of May instant It was
Ordered that the Sheriff of the County of Middlesex
for the time being Doe for the future retorn to the Court
of every Generall Quarter and Generall Sessions of
the Peace to be hereafter holden for the said County
at the beginning of each Sessions Upon the Pannell
of the Grand Jury the true Christian names Sur names
and additions of able honest Skilfull and Substantiall
Men fit to be Grand Jurymen to inquire for our
Sovereign Lord< no role > the King for the Body of the said
County, to the intent that his Majestys Service
may be the better done and performed, And in
