to consider what
allowances are fit
to be made unto Mr.
Francis Geary< no role > for
delivery of Licences
Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended and referred unto Sr. Daniel Dolins< no role > Knt. William
Cotesworth and John Ellis< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the Peace for this
County as a Comittee to consider what Allowances are fit
to be made by the Cryer of this Court unto Francis Geary< no role >
his Agent for the labour and paines in and about the
delivery of the Licences to the Alehouse keepers and
Victuallers in this County, and if any and what
Allowance or allowances are fit to be made to him
the said Francis Geary< no role > on that Account by the Clerk of
the Peace of this County, And also to consider what
Methods are proper to be used to find out and discover
what Person or Persons in this County Doe Sell Beer
or Ale without Licence, And whether it is requisite
that the Registers containing the Christian Names and
Sur Names of the licenced Alehouse keepers and
Victuallers in this County should be printed, And to
make their Report touching the Premisses unto the
Court of the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the
Peace to be holden for this County on the second day
of the same Sessions,

Assembled at this present Generall Sessions of the
Peace holden for the said County Doe Order

Court be and they are hereby given to Thomas
Abney Esquire Chairman of this Court for the
great Services by him done to this County by his
prudent and regular administration of Justice,
