Act of Parl touching

Whereas Great Number of his Majesties Subjects Inhabiting
within this County may through Ignorance or want of
informacon be lyable to the forfeiture of their Estates in Case
they should neglect to take the Oathes or Register their Estates
According to the Tonor of an Act of parliament made in the
Ninth Year of the reigne of his present Majestic King Gorge
Intituled An Act to Oblidge all [..] ens being papist on that
part of Great Brittaine called Man [..] and all persons in
Great Brittaine refuseing or Neglecting to take the Cathes
appointed for the security of his Majesties person and
Government by severall Acts therein mentioned to Register
their Names and reall Estates Now for the better
Notification of the said Act of parliament It is thought
fit and Ordered by this Court that it be And It is
hereby recomended and referred unto Mr. Edward
Lawrence< no role > Knt . Sr . Henry Bateman< no role > Knt. Martin Ryder< no role > John
Milner Thomas Abney< no role > Reginald Marriott< no role > William
Cotesworth< no role > Senr . Thomas Dummer< no role > D'Oyly Mitchell< no role >
James Cardenwell< no role > Nathaniel Booth< no role > John Troughton< no role >
and William Cotesworth< no role > Junr . Esqrs . Justices of the peace
for this County and such other Justices of the peace for this
County as shall think fitt to be present or any three or more
of them to assemble and meet together at Hicks hall in Saint
John Street in this County and to Consider of the said Act
of parliament and to Draw up and prepare such
Advertisement as they Shall think proper for the better
publication of the said Act to be putt into the London Gazette
or some other publique news paper To the intent that all
[..] concerned may have notice of the said Act of
parliamt, And alsoe to Consider touching the putting of
the said Act in Execution.
