and saith that he this Deponent was out of Town the whole of the Month of June
last, and that he did not return to Town untill the Session in the same Month
was finished, at which time he this Deponent found a Summons had been left
at his house to attend as a Juryman as the said Session, And this Deponent saith
that he left Town before the said Summons was left and never saw or heard of
the same having been left until his return to Town as aforesaid
