has Known
The above Named Cornealius Mc. Carty< no role >
for Sevll Years last
past, and that on hearing of his being Apprehended and
Committed on the Charges Above Alledged against him, He
this Deponant
went to see him in prison, When the said
Cornealius Mc. Carty Informed this Deponant
that one John
Wilson< no role >
of Hoxton
in the Parish of Saint Bonard
Shoresditch
in the County of Middlesex
Carpenter
And one William
Jones< no role >
of Shoresditch
in the parish & County aforesaid
Bricklayer
were very Meterial Witnesses
, in his behalf on
this prosecution, And Without Whose Testimony he
Could not with Safety Take his Triall, And this Deponant
Also Saith that at the Request of the said Cornealius
Mc Carty he made Strict Enquires after the said John [..]
of Hoxton
Aforesaid, and William Jones< no role >
of Shoresditch
Aforesaid, and were informed in their Neighbourhoods by
persons Who Knew them Both that they were Gone
Together or Business to the County of Kent
and deed [..]
most Certainly Return on or about the later end of January
Instant, And this Deponent saith that [..] he verily
Believes that the said John Wilson< no role >
& William Jones< no role >
are Realy Very Material Witnessess
for the said Cornealius
Mc Carty & Without whose Evidence he cannot
With Safety take his Triall
