We the underwritten, haveing this
Day carefully examined and Surveyed the South
Party Wall between the Building situate in Coleman
Street, Inhabited or Occupied by Mr Wyate and
a Passage adjoining thereto, under Premises belonging
to Mr Jackson Do hereby Certify under the Act
of Parliament made in the fourteenth Year
of King George the Third, that the said Party Wall
is not of sufficient Thickness, and is so far
Defective. that the same ought to be taken down
and rebuilt Agreeable to the Directions of the said
Act of Parliament in that Case made and provided
Witness our Hands the Day and Year above mentioned
