Elizabeth Baylis< no role > of little St Hellns in the Sd. City Widow Acknowledges Etc40

Upon Condition that thedo personally appear at the next Session of Ge [..] Negate to be held
for the said City of London then and there the said William Stock< no role > to prefer a Bill of Indict
ment and to prosecute the law with Effect and the Said Charles Samuel Marr and [..] give Evidence in his Majestys Behalf against Thomas Edwards< no role >
for feloniously Stealing taking and Carrying away Nineteen Callico Gown Pieces Three Yards of
Printed Callies three Muslin Shawls two Muslin aprons and one half Muslin Handkerchief of the Value
of Twenty Eight Pounds the Property of the said William Stock< no role > Privately in his Shop agst the Sta [..]
And if the Bill be found at me Bill and return use by the Grand Jury that their they do alsoappear in Court and prosecute and give
Evidence upon that Indictment And d not depart the Court without Science this Recognizance to be void or else to remain in full Force
