the sd County of Middlesex taken this 12th day of January 1782

Informant Ann Proctor< no role > saith that about the Hour of six on Thursday
Evening the third of January Instant she went out of her said Master House
in Albermarle that aforesaid and double locked the sheet Door and left nobody
within the House that at about Eleven o'Clock same Evening she returned and found that
the house had been broke open and several things stolen thereout part of
which is the Black silk, and Gauge coloured Stuft and cotton stockings
now Produced the Property of Robert Proctor< no role > [..] Husband

Informant Moses Harby saith that about hereafter seven
o'Clock on Thursday Evening the third of January Instant as he was
standing by his said Master ship< no role > Door in Duke street aforesaid he saw two
Men go by with two Boxes upon their shoulden (the one a White Deal
Box and the other a Black one both corded) which they carried into the
House of Judith Barew< no role > the Prisoner new under Examination who was
then in her ship and serving a Customer that suspecting the said two
Boxes contained stolen Goods Informant went named [..] to the other
Informants Wither and Lions and told them thereof who in about three
quarters of an hour came with Informant to the House of the Prisoner
Judith Barew< no role > where they went in but Informant and not

Informant Thomas Withers< no role > and Nathaniel Lyon< no role > say that he was
received the above Informant Information from the said Informant Hardy to
the above Effect they went into the House of the Prisoner Judith Barew< no role > about
Twenty Minutes after Eight o'Clock on Thursday Evening the third of January
