Sheweth
That by virtue of of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under
the hands and Seals of Sir

one of the Aldermen
of the said City two of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the said
and Liberties thereof one being of the Quroum bearing Date the
Ninth day of March last Peggy the Wife of

aged Twelve Months were
removed and conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint Bride
in the City of London
to the said Parish of Ellingham
in the said
County of Southampton
as the Place of their last legal
Settlement whereby Your petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved and humbly appeal against the Same
Therefore your petitioners humbly pray that the Benefit
of their said Appeal may be saved unto them and that a Day
may be appointed by this Honourable Court for the hearing
and Determination thereof And that such Order may be made
therein as to this Honourable Court shall Seem meet
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
