Richard Brower< no role > of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre London Sollicitor for the
Prosecution Maketh Oath and saith that he did on the Eleventh
day of July last past personally serve the above named Michael
Lysher with a true Copy of the Original Order of Filiation hereto
annexed by delivering to him such true Copy and at the same
time shewing him the said Original Order and demanding of him
by the direction of and in the presence of George Cooper< no role >
Cooper one of the Overseers of the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London the sum of Five Pounds fifteen Shillings and six pence
mentioned in the said order hereto annexed to be paid by the said
Michael Lysher< no role > to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the said
Parish of Saint Sepulchre London who refused to pay the same
