Esq; on oath of Michael Famming< no role > , and also detained on suspicion of
having burglariously broken and entered his dwelling house, in the night
of the 5th of November last, and stealing a quantity of tea, sugar, and
cheese. Dated Nov. 7 and 15, 1780.

niously assaulting her, putting her in fear, and taking from her eleven

10, 1780.

on oath of Matthew Robinson< no role > , on suspicion of having been con-
cerned with Sarah Taylor< no role > and Mary Preston< no role > , in privately stealing from
his person, in the dwelling house of the said Sarah Taylor< no role > , a pocket-
book containing one £50. Bank-note, two £20. and one £10. ditto, Etc.
Dated Dec. 13, 1780.
