The Information of John Harpur< no role > of Red
Lion Market White cross Street Saw Maker
and Hannah Berry< no role > of No 54 Grays Inn
Lane Wife of Daniel Berry< no role > Bricklayer ,
taken before me this 7th. day of April 1780 .

Who being on Oath say and first said John Harpur< no role > for himself
says that he knows a Person now present who calls himself
Shadrick Dunkley< no role > that about ten Months ago the said Shadrick
Dunkley kept a house at No 9 in Huggin Lane London in
which said house the said Shadrick Dunkley< no role > Richard Harpur< no role >
this Informant's Brother, and this Informant, worked together viz
in making coining and counterfeiting the Copper Money of this
Realm called Half pence, for the space of eight Days preceding
the Day on which this Informant's Brother was apprehended
therein for the said Offence. That Dunkley and his said Brother
employed him, and that they each paid him for his trouble
And the said Hannah Berry< no role > for herself says that she
was a Servant at this time to the said Shadrick Dunkley< no role >
and Richard Harpur< no role > , in Hugg in Lane aforesaid, that she was in
that capacity with them between two and three Months during
which time she frequently saw them make coin and counterfeit
the Copper Money of this Realm called Halfpence, and that
for about night Days preceding the said Richard Harpur< no role > 's being
apprehended for the said Offence, she saw the said John Harpur< no role >
work with them, in making coining and counterfeiting the
said Copper Money.
