Who being upon Oath says and first the said Jane Gardener< no role >
saith that she is the Daughter of Susannah Gardener of Manchester
Buildings
aforesaid Saith that on the first day of January last her
said Mothers house in Manchester Buildings
aforesaid was robbed of
two Remnants of Curtains, a Quantity of White silk fringe, two large
coloured Curtains, a Head and Tester of the same coloured Linen and
five pieces of Valence
now produced, together with divers other

for himself says that on Saturday
last he found the two Remnants of Curtains and the white silk Fringe
before mentioned, now produced by him, in the possession of a person
now present who calls himself William Bagnell< no role >
