s belonging to St. Bartholomew's
Hospital
maketh Oath and saith that the
deceased was brought to the said Hospital
last Friday between the Hours often and
eleven in the Forenoon; that Deponent having
examined the deceased found him speechless
and bleeding very much at his Ears & Nostials
and his Month had bled very much as appeared
to this Dept. that or finding him in such
Condition he sent for the said Mr. Young afsd.
Dept. told him his Condition or which Mr
Young gave the necessary direction & and
the Scalp being divided by Mr. Young in this
Deponent's presence he found that the Scull
had received come injury by the Simptornce
that had appeared but did not at that time
discoverd Fracture, thatthe sd.Dept. by the
directions of Mr. Young dressed the deceased and
left him;thatand the next Morning this Dept.
opened the dressing by Mr. Youngs directions
found the deceased upon the Bount of dying afsd.
he died the same Morning abt. ten of the Clock.
That Dept. then by Mr. Young's directions opened
the deced's head and found a Fracture from the
eye with a very great depression of the bond
of he right side of the head which Dept. is
wall satisfied was the occasion of his death.
