We the Grand Jury for the City of London
do present Henry Casey< no role > and Others
Officers Attending on us for taking money from
every Evidence whose Names are Indorsed on the
Bills Brought before us for Admission to bear their
Testimony when Called on; which we Look up as
an Obstruction to Justice, & therefore think it over
duty to Lay the Same before your Lordship & this
Honourable Court, In hopes Some method may be
found One for removing the Same; that all persons
who shall in future have Business before the
Grand Jury may be Admitted to them without Fee
or reward whatsoever.
