I do hereby require you to Name two or more able Workmen on or before
Thursday next the Twelfth Instant who together with she Workman named by me
may view and Examine if the Party Wall between your two Houses in Lembard
Street London one whereof is in my Occupation and the other late in the Occupation
of Mr. John Attleborough< no role > but now of Mr. George Shergold< no role > is not defective and
ruinous and ought to be pulled down and rebuilt according to the Directions
of the Acts of Parliament relating to Party Walls within the City of London
