heretofore an under Tenant to

by virtue of a Lease unto him their Deponent Assigned by

a certain house in the said Parish of St. Bartholomew the Great

their Deponent did on or before the twenty second day of the Month of
December last part Not being willing to continue any longer on an
Under Tenant in the said House Assign Transfer and set over the
said Lease and all and Singular the Covenants and Conditions thereof

Matthews to become her Lodger and to pay her a certain sum of Money by
the year and Prorata for any lesser time for all such time as this Deponent
shall continue as a Lodge with the said
