We the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldersgate London
within mentioned Do hereby Consent to the
allowance of the within Petition and Appeal and
Whereas the Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint James Clerkenwell have put the Pauper
Benjamin Stanley< no role > into Bethlem Hospital being
a Lunatick and have Caused Security to be
given as is usual in such Cases We the said
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph Aldersgate London
Do hereby undertake to receive the said Benjamin
Stanley when he shall be discharged from
Bethlem aforesaid and to pay all the expences
that already have or which hereafter shall or may Accrue by
