Esqr . Lord Mayor of the City of London and
the rest of His Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the said City, assembled in their General
Quarter Sessions of the peace.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of St. George Bloomsbury in the
County of Middlesex .

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an order or pass Warrant
under the hands and Seals of Thomas Rawlinson< no role > and William
Alexander
< no role > Esqr . two of His Majestys Justices of the peace for
the said City of London (one being of the Quorum) bearing
date the 2d. day of June last Thomas Atkinson< no role > aged
four years son of John Atkinson< no role > by Sarah< no role > his wife both
Deceased was removed and Conveyed from the Parish of St.
Nicholas Olave in the said City to the said parish of St.
George Bloomsbury as the place of his last Legall
Settlements.

Your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved by the said order or pass
Warrant of the said two Justices of the
peace, appeal to this Honourable
Court against the same, and Humble
may your Worships to appoint a day for
the hearing & Determining of the said
Appeal.

And Your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc
