The humble petition and Appeal of ye.
Churchwardens and Overseers of ye poor
of ye Parish of St. Matthew Bethnal Green
in ye County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Pass or Order of Removal under ye.
hands & Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of ye peace
for ye sd. City and Libertys thereof (whereof one is of the
Quorum) bearing date the 20th. day of July last Flora

parish of St. Botolph Aldgate , London to ye said Parish
of St. Matthew Bethnal Green as the Place of the
last Legal Settlement of the said James Omash< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.

That Your Appellts. apprhending themselves
to be Agrieved by the said Order of Removal
Do Appeal to this Court against ye same
Your Petrs. & Appellts. therefore humbly Pray this Court will
please to take ye premisses into Consideration and grant Your
petrs. and Appellts. such Relief as to your Worships shall seem
just and that ye Churchwardens and Overseers of ye poor
of ye sd. Parish of St. Botolph Aldgate may (in pursuance of
Notice for that purpose) attend this Court and hear and abide
by ye Judgmt. thereof touching the said Appeal
