Upon Condition that William Whitchurch< no role > do personally appear at the
next Session of Goal Delivery of Newgate to be holden for the City of London then
and there to answer such matters and things as shall be objected against
him on his Majesty's behalf and in particular on Suspicion of
feloniously stealing one Pounds wright of Rhubarb and two pounds
weight of Borax the Property of the Honble. the United Company of
Merchants trading to the East Indies and in the mean time to
keep the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King, and to be of good
behaviour and not depart the Court without Licence, that then this
Recognizance to be void and of none Effect or otherwise to be and
remain in full force and Vertue
