Mayor of the City of London and the Rest of
His Majesty's Justices in their General
Session of Gaol Delivery of Newgate holden
for the County of Middlesex Assembled.

Sheweth


That by Bill of Indictment found at the Session of Goal
Delivery of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex in February
Session last Your Petitioner stands Indicted for Feloniously
Solemnizing Matrimony against the form of the Statute in that
Case lately made and Provided.

That Your Petitioner hath for several Months last past
been a Prisoner Charged with Debt in the Kings Bench Prison
and hath caused himself to be removed by Virtue of His Majesty's
Writ of Hebeas Corpus to the Goal of Newgate in order to Surrender
and take his Trial on the said Indictment.

Your Petitioner therefore most
humbly Prays that at this Present
Session of Goal Delivery of Newgate
holden for the County aforesaid he may
be either tryed Bailed or Discharged for
ther Felony aforesaid Pursuant to the
Statute in such Case made and Provided.
