Maketh Oath That he this Deponent did on Monday the
Twenty fourth day of this Instant Month of October deliver to William

the Prosecutor abovenamed at his Chambers in the Inner
Temple Lane
London a true Copy of a Notice in Writing Purporting That
the said Richard Mason< no role >
intended by Virtud of His Majestys Writ or
Writts of Habeas Corpus to remove himself from the Kings Bench
Prison
in the Borough
of Southwark
and County of Surry to the
Prison of Newgate
in the County of Middlesex
and that he the said
Defendant intended to appear at the next Sessions of Goal Delivery to be
held at Justice Hall
in the Old Bailey
on the Twenty seventh day of
this Instant Month of October in and for the said County of Middlesex
and then and there to Plead Not Guilty to the Indictment Preferred

and Gertrude Pritchard< no role >
against him the
said Defendant for Felony and at the same time and Place to take
his Tryal upon the said Indictment And the said William Priddle< no role >
at the time of delivering the said Notice to him as aforesaid said
or declared that it was very well and that he and the said Gertrude
Pritchard would be ready to Prosecute the said indictment And
this Deponent further saith that he this Deponent did on the

Pritchard with the like Notice by delivering a true Copy of the
same Notice in Writing to a Young Woman at the House of the said
