Take Notice that at the next Session of the Peace
to be holden for the City of London at the Guild hall of the
said City on Monday the Twenty fourth day of October Instant
the Court will be Moved that a Bill of Exchange Signed by Richard
Harvey< no role > Dated the 10th. day of July 1755. Directed to Messrs. Jos
Hunt< no role > and Co Cheesemongers Bishopgate Street London for Payment
of Thirteen Pounds to Mr. De Berdt or order fourteen Days after
Date and Indorsed by him the property of George Bowser< no role > which was left
in the hands of the Clerk of the Peace of the said City on [..] the Tryal of the
above Indictment may be Delivered to the said George Bowser< no role > Dated
the 14 day of October 1757 .
