for himself saith that being under a
Traverse to Try this Cause this Deponent hath prepared and
got every thing ready for the Tryal thereof and hath caused a
Brief to be drawn and Councel to attend who this Dept. informed
and verily beleives is now attending And this Depont. further

is a material Witness for this Depont.
as the Tryal of this Traverse without whose Testimony this Depont.
is advised he cannot make a safe Defence therein And this

Yesterday inquiring after the said Elizabeth Ball< no role >
in order to
procure her to attend at the Tryal of this Traverse on the said
Defendts. behalf But this Depont. saith that altho he
inquired at the Lodgings of the said Elizabeth Ball< no role >
and at all
other Places where Shew as known he was not able to meet
with her or to find her out for that Purpose And this Depont.
further saith that he hath also been all this Morning at the
Lodgings of the said Elizabeth Ball< no role >

in order to procure her to attend at the Tryal of this Traverse
this day his he hath not been able to meet with her or to further
her out for that Purpose And this Depont. John Power< no role >
