Upon Condition that if the above bound Richard Elliot< no role > do personally appear at the next General Qr. Sessions
of the Peace, to be holden in and for the [..] City of London at the Guild Hall in ye said City then and there to Answer [..]
to Answer a Bill of Indictment found against him on months the 3d. day of Decr. [..] for unlawfully
winning of John Holloway< no role > above ten pounds, at one time & siding, at a Game call all Fours Contrary to the
Statute Etc. And also for winning & [..] of the said John Holloway< no role > by [..] the sum of thirteen
pounds five shillings, at the said unlawfull Game Agst. the peace Etc. [..] he has not yet
appeared or pleaded as Appears by a Certificate from Mr. Man Town Clerk of the said City of London
