The King having thought proper, in
Considerable of some Circumstancs, humbly
represented to His Majesty, in favour of
Simon

, who was capitally convicted at the Session
held at the Old Bailey
, in the Month of June last;
To grant Him a Reprieve; And being now
further graciously pleased to extend His Royal
Mercy to the said Convict, upon Condition of
Transportation for Seven Years, I am commanded
to signify to You The King's Pleasure, That The
said

should be transported for
The Term abovementioned of Seven Years, to
some of His Majesty's Colonies, or Plantations, in
America
, pursuant to The Acts of Parliament
in That Behalf
