taken this 13th Day of August
at the Guildhall
of the said City as followeth.
Who on his Saith that he is Waiter at the Queens Arms
Alehosue in Newgate Street
and than on Saturday night
last three Gentlemen came into the said house & he shewed
them a roome up one pair of Staits & they Desired some
Oysters on which he sent for a Woman whose Name is Diana
Pushee & Shewed her into the said roome with her Oysters
where he left her in company with the said Gentlemen
and pulled the Door after him when he went out that some
short time after he went up To Snuff the Carrdles and then
he found the Door of the roome fast & went down but
goeing a Served time & Jurding the Door Still Street [..]
when he found one Wadham Dalwood< no role >
a boy with a Lauce Legg
getting out of his Bed hard by who told he was apprehesive
some of the Company was in a fit on which he came down
and Acquainted Edward West< no role >
another Waiter
with what
was doeing & after that he went up to the roome against
& called at the Door to know if they wanted anything &
they Answered no on which he went down again unto the
Cellar to draw beer where he heard an outing of Seizing these
Irish Williams by the said Oyster woman & her gown was all
unpriced & loose about her breast & she was in very great
freight
