Holborn in the City of London Clerk to Mr. Wm. Sparry< no role >
Attorney at Law taken before me Henry Fielding< no role > Esqr .
one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middx this 15th. July 1751

This Examinant Confesseth and saith that the receipt aforesd::
Signed Isaac Rayner< no role > together with the Interlination
aforesaid to wit these words the Sum of Eighteen Pounds
two Shillings and three Pence is all of this Examinants on [..]
hand writing and saith that this Examinant wrote the said
Receipt at one and the same time to the best of his Knowledge
and saith that the Interlianation was wrote before the said
Isaac Rayner< no role > Sett his hand to it.

Maketh Oath before me that considerably aboveabouta Twelve Months agoe he this
Informt. Mett with Wm. Sparry< no role > at the Till Yard Coffeehouse
Whitehall and that the said Sparry then told him this Informt.
that hethisthe said Sparry had a Demand upon him this
Informt. for the Sum of £18. and upwards which Sum the sd.
Sparry had paid to one Isaac Rayner< no role > for a Satisfaction for
the debt and Costs recovered by the sd. Rayner agt.the said
John Clarke< no role > for which this Informt had made himself
responable [..] and for which Sum said Sparry had a Receipt
from the sd. Rayner, and which receipt sd. Sparry promised
to shew or Deliver to Richd. Truby< no role > or any other Person
whom this Informt. might send for the Same
