This Infomant on his Oath Saith that on the twenty third day of Janry
one thousand Seven hundred & Forty nine a Consession of Bankrupt
was awarded & issued against Robert Wright< no role >
late of the Parish
of Saint Mary Le Bone
in the County of Middlesex
money

& that he thisDepInformant at the time of the issueing
out of the said Comission was indebted to the sd. Roberts Wright< no role >
the Bankrupt in the Same of Seventy five pounds on a
Judgment obtained against this Informant before the Date &
Suening forth of the said Comission & that the Same is Still
due from this Informant And this Informant farther Saith
that he hath Seen the Original paper Writeing purperting
to be a full & true Disclosure & Discovery of his Estate and
Effects before the Major part of the Commissioner in the sd. Comission
named & taken at Guildhall

& bearing date the 10th day of
[..] last part And that the said Brickrupt hath not in his
said Examination made any Discovery or Disclosure thereof but
hath feloniously Concealled the Same five the sd. Comissns
with an Intent to Defraud his bredrs. of the brought thereof as
this Informant Verily beleives
