and liberties thereof the 29th.

This Information on his Oath Saith that last Night about five o'Clock
Jacob Freeman< no role >
deceas'd and the Prisioner [..] Freeman wife of
the said Jacob & this Information were in one Room together in Sea coah went
the said Jacob Freeman< no role >
being much in Liquor and
qurrell'd with his said Wife about Pawnig of Cloathes
that the said Elizabeth < no role >
arose from the Seat where on she sat
and took this Informants knife to cut a peace of Bread
off a Loaf that as that Instant of time when she the said
Elizabeth having the Breach in one Hand and the Knife in
the other, the said Jacob Freeman< no role >
fell upon his said Wife
with both his Hands beat her and pull'd her hair, that her
the said Jacob Freeman< no role >
then immediately receiv'd a Wounds on
his Breast by the Knife which she said Elizabeth held in her hand
and cry'd out Will (meaning this Informant) Iam a Dead Man
I am stabbed an do never spoke more but died in this Informants
Anns in a for Minutes after, but whether the said Jacob [..]
