Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and the
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St: Mildred in the
Poultry London That Elizabeth
Walker< no role > Wife of William Walker< no role > and their Child Susanna< no role > aged
Eleven Years are

lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtaind any
Legal Settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaints We judge to
be true and forasmuch as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
the said Elizabeth Walker< no role > that her said Husband several his Apprenticeship
with his late father William Walker< no role > deceas'd in the Hamlet of Mile End
Old Town in the Parish of St Dunstan at Stepney in the County of Middx

And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
Said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said Elizabeth Walker< no role > and her Child

to be in the saidParishHamlet of Mile End Old Town
And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will and
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Sd: Mildred in the Poultry
London Forthwith to Remove and Convey the said
Elizabeth Walker< no role > and Child
from and out of your said Parish unto the saidParishHamlet of Mile
End Old Town
And them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this Thirdday of Decr.
