other Victuals, or other Liquors by Retale, by Deputation, or by Colour
of his Licence: And also do and shall keep the true Affize and Measure
of his Pots, Bread, and othewise, in uttering of his Beer, Ale, and
Bread; and the same Beer and Ale to sell by sealed Measure, and accord-
ing to the Assize, and not otherwise, For the due Observance where-
of, the said Victualler and Retailer of Bread, Beer, and Ale, hath now
entered into Recognizance with Sureties, according to the Several Sta-
tutes in such Case provided.
