These are to Certifie to his Majesties
Justices of the peace for this city and the Liberties
thereof in their Quarter Sessions to be holden at the Guild
Hall of the city aforesaid on Tuesday the fourteenth
of January Instant Assembled, That Robert Palgrove< no role >
Baker was this day Lawfully Convicted beforeme
on the Information of Thomas Whincop< no role > citizen
and Shipwright of London by the Oath of Thomas
Waker Labourer being a person of Good Credit and
worthy the Reputation of silling (by his wife) in his
open Shop Scituate in Thames Street in the parish
of Saint Dunstan in the East in the Ward of Tower
in the said City Two more penny Leaves of Wheather
Bread on the said Seventh day of this Instant January
between the Hours of one and two of the Clock of the
Same day unto the Said Thomas Waker< no role > which were
four Ounces Deficient of their Just weight
According to the present assize of Bread Sett by the Court
of Aldermen of the Said city contrary to the Statute
in that case made and provided for which offence he
the said Robert Palgrove< no role > hath Incurred the penalty
of five Shllings for every Ounce So Deficient in
weigh to the use of the said Informer as the Statute
Directs Given Under my hand the Eighth
day of January 1734
