Susanna Lowe< no role > of the One Part, and Benjamin Hall< no role > Esqr . Principal of Cliffords Inn London
of the Other Part, purporting and being a Conveyance of certain Premises in the Island of
Jamaica aforesaid, from the Said Susanna Lowe< no role > to the Said Benjamin Hall< no role > , and that he
this Depont. as a Witness to the Sealing and Delivery thereof, did there upon Write and Endorse
his Names, as thereby it doth and may Appear; And this Depont. further Saith, That he was
also Present and did See the Said Benjamin Hall< no role > , Seal and as his Act and Deed deliver to
the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned, the Other Parchment Indenture now also Exhibited
unto him this Deponent whole undefaced and uncancelled, bearing date the Twenty eighth
day of May Last, made or mentioned to be made between the Said Benjamin Hall< no role > of the One
Part, and the Said susanna Lowe< no role > of the Other Part, purporting and being a Reconveyance
of the Same Premises from the Said Benjamin Hall< no role > to the Said Susanna Lowe< no role > , and that he
this Depont. as a Witness to the Sealing and Delivery thereof, did thereupon likewise
Write and Endorse his Name as thereby it also doth and may Appear. And this Deponent
further Saith, That the Tw [..] other Parcels it Indentures now Exhibited unto him, pur-
porting and being Deeds of Conveyance and Reconveyance, of the Same Tenor and Date
with those abovementioned, were Sealed and Delivered by the Parties abovenamed, in the
Presence of him this Depont. and that as a Witness thereto, he did Write and Endorse his Name upon
Each of the Said Indentures, as by the Same it doth and may Appear.

And this Deponent further Siath, That he was Present and did See Henry Moore< no role > , by the Name
and Addition of Henry Moore< no role > of the Parish of St. James in the Liberty of Westminster Esqr . Son
and Heir of Elizabeth Moore< no role > deceased, who was One of the Daughters of Henry Lowe< no role > late of the
Island of Jamaica Esqr . deceased, Seal and as his Act and Deed deliver, to the Uses and Purposes
therein mentioned, the Parchment Indenture now Exhibited unto him this Deponent whole
undefaced and uncancelled, bearing Date the Twenty Seventh day of May Last, made or
mentioned to bemade between the Said Houry Moore< no role > of the One Part, and Benjamin Hall< no role >
Esqr . Principal of Cliffords Inn London of the Other Part, purporting and being Conveyance
of certain Premises in the Island of Jamaica aforesaid, from the Said Henry Moore< no role > ; to the
Said Benjamin Hall< no role > , and that he this Depont. as a Witness to the Sealing and Delivery thereof
did thereupon Write and Endorse his Name, as thereby it doth and may Appear; And this
Depont.
