Maketh Oath
That her Husband Thomas Snowden the Prosecutor in this Cause
was on Saturday last about Two of the Clocke in the
afternoon Arrested by one Dutch an Officer & Serjt. at
mace belonging to the Poultry
Compter for a Debt of
Twenty pounds one & Oweing to one Howard this
Deponts. Land lord & Sayth that the said Snowden is now
& hath ever since the aforesaid time been in Custody at
a Sponging House the Sign of the Rose
& Crown near
the Poultry
and this Depont. further Saith that the
Informed the aforesd. Officer of a Tryall that her Husband
had Depending in this Honoble Court at to day & requested
him to being her said Husband before this Court in order
to Give Testy money in the above Cause who refused to
do the same
