This Examinant confesseth and Saith that yesterday in the Evening about 5

took a boat belonging to one

without the knowledge of the sd Skelton and receiving to a Wharf
belonging tothe saidMr Arthur Bugley< no role >
andthey took out of a boat lying at
the said Wharf four Deal boards and carryed them away in the boat
belonging to the said Skelton
