The Examination of John Joyner< no role > taken before me one of
his Maties Justices of the peace for the city of London

This Examinant confesseth and Saith that yesterday in the Evening about 5
a Clock he together with one Richard Foster< no role > took a boat belonging to one
Thomas Skelton< no role > without the knowledge of the sd Skelton and receiving to a Wharf
belonging tothe saidMr Arthur Bugley< no role > andthey took out of a boat lying at
the said Wharf four Deal boards and carryed them away in the boat
belonging to the said Skelton
