< no role > Saith that he this Dept. hath been by the Dept. Parkers Ordr. at the Sussex Coffee house
in Flyeing horse Court Fleet Street at the Lodgings of Mr. Wm. Langford< no role > on ThoTuesday
last wth. Intent to Serve him the sd Langford with a Supa in these Causes to Attend the
Tryalls thereof as Witness on the part of the sd. Dept Parker but could not meet wth him
the sd Langford to Serve him wth the sd Suppa and he this Dept was then Informed at his
Lodgings aforesd. that he the sd Langford is gone out of Town as barr us Lewis in
Sussex and have been so gone out of London [..] up the Sixteenth of
this Instant May as this Dept was then Informe'd by the Mister is & other people of ye.
Sd. Lo [..] dgings of him the Sd. Langford And that he is not Expected in London till
afortnight or three weeks time at least And the Sd. Richd. Hutt for himselfe Saith
that he this Dept went this day to Serve Nicholas Beckley< no role > a Witness in these Causes
wth. a Supstt at his Lodgings in Green with to Attend the Sd. Sryalls and to give in
Evidence for the Dept. but he this Dept was then Informed by Mr Robinson at the Bare
Tavern in Green with in Kent aforesd the Lodgings or usuall place of abode of the
Sd Nicholas Berkley tha the the sd. Nicholas Beckley< no role > is now at Sea in his Maties
Service on Board his Maties Ship the Buckingham and is not expected in London in
Less then one months time at least by wth means this Dept. cannot meet wth the Sd. Becckley to
Serve him wth the Sd Supa to Attend the Sd. Tryalls And the Sd. John Tayler< no role > Saith [..] that he this
Dept. left money wth or for Mr Peacock Mr. Tannors & on Munday morning last for writts
of Supas in these Cames and Sence that time have been Sewall times wth the Sd. Peacock for the Sd. Supas but
have been delayed by him who did not deliver the sd. Supa to this Dept tell this day being
Wednesday the Tweenty fourth day of May Just antt And further Saith that the Sd Mr
Peacock did not deliver the Copys of the Dept Parker Indictmt. to this Dept. till Wednesday
the 17th. of this Instant May not wth Standing the Sd. Copys were be spoke & money left wth the sd.
Mr. Peacock a forth night before that time at least
