aged about twenty four years of the parish
of Saint Catherine Creed Church als Cree-
Church London Fishmonger taken this day
before me Sir Charles Peers< no role > Knt . Alderman
and one of his Majties. Justices of the peace
of the City of London aforesaid whosaith
on his oath Saith as followeth vizt.

That last night being the twenty eighth of
this Instant May about or between the hours of nine and ten
of the clock He this Informant Did See John
Barnoist< no role > the prisoner here present going along
the Streets in Cheap Side towards aldgate and the
said John Barnoist< no role > pulling off his hatt did
then and there publickly and allowed declare and
repeat these words following Several times
vizt. Huza James the third is right full and
Lawfull heir to the Crown of great Britain
