The Jury For the Queene prsent that Tristram Savage< no role > late of the Parish of St. Bridget als Brides London on ye 20th. Nover.
Ao. 13o. Runse Regis Anglie Etc unlawfully, wickedly, and malitiosly, intending to distarb and disquiet the Quret state and
publick peace of this Realane and all the faithfull Subjects of her Majesty in a Libell in the said Indictmt. hereafter
menconed and named who were late Members of Parliamt. began at Westmr. in the County of Middx the 6th. day
of Feby Anno 12o. said late King and afterwards continued by prorogacon untill the 10th. of Febry then next and
afterwards on theday ofwas dissolv'd. And to bring them into the displeasure and will
opinion of the sd. late King & to bring an odium and contempt upon diverse of his liege people and Subjects to the
intent on purpose to defame and Scandalise them so that they should not be chosen to Serve in any other Parliamt.
in this Kingdom of Engl as Members thereof. And to raise, move, & procure Diverse Strises, Differences and
Discords betweene the sd. Kings Subjects afterwards Vizt. the aforesd. 10o. Novr. Ao. 13o. supdco at London aforesaid
in the said Parish of St. Bridget als Brides and Ward of Farringdon without and his said most villainous and
Malitious Intentions to Effect and Execute from the wicked and only Imagination of time the sd. Tristram Savage
a certain false, odious, scandalous, and malitious libell printed intituled A List of one unanimous Club of Members
of the late Parliament, Novr. 11th. 1701 that mett at the vice Taverne in Long Acre of and Concerning the aforesaid
members of the late parliamt. in the sd. libell hereafter Pticularly named and recited well knowing that Libell
to be false, and malitiously and wickedly, unlawfully and Seditiously openly and publickly published, dispersed and
Sold and Caused and prcured to be sold to diverse psons to the Jurors aforesaid unknown the Benour of which fellows in these
Letters, figure and Names of the Psons, Countys, Villages and places in these English words and Sentences
following Vizt. A List Etc. and recites the said libell verbation as in the Rinted List annex'd ver the List.

To the Contempt of the Queen and her laws to the wicked and Scandalous defamacon and Infamy of all and every
of the sd. Members of the said late Parliamt to the disturbance and breach of the Queen's peace and to the evill
and wicked Example of all others in the like Case offending, and agt. the Peace of the Queene her Crown
and dignity.

To prove that the sd. Savage did Sell and publish the sd. Libell call
