, Master of the Pinke called the Enddavour
of Yarmouth, maketh oath That on the fifteenth
day of July pr last past He this deponent came
out of Tinmouth Haven
Loaden with salt and
consigned to Mr Abraham Jaggars< no role >
of London Merchant
That on the twenty second day of the said month he
this Deponent was forced into Harwick by contrary
winds, the twenty third day the winder being fair this
deponent saited out of Harwick Makeing the best of
his way for the port of London
, and on the twenty
fourth was melt with and taken by a privater
belonging to dunkirke whereof one Captaine Andrewes
was Comander, And this Depont further saith that the
said Loading of Salt was upon the said Mr Jaggard owne
