This Informant deposeth that one John Stubbs< no role > of Clement
Inne gent : hath sevrall times very much abuses this
Informant, and once the said Stubbs meeteing this
Informant nore Beswell Court did there assault him
and drew his Sword upon him, And this Informant
fordeposeth that on the twelfth day of this instant August
the said Stubbs standing nere St. Dunstans Church in
Fleete Streete called in a greate rage for this Informt. to court
to him wch this Informant takeing noe Notice of them
said Stubbs thence a greate many Paps into a Shopp
where he stood wch.andthis Informant Leeing Sent one Mr. Charle
Coningsly< no role > for one of the said Paps, who brought the Pap
hereunto annexed
