Oath this 15th: day of May 1695
Whee saith that one Arthur Sice< no role >
now a Prisonr in the Compter
came last Night the house of Charles Medwell< no role >
Vintuer
in Fleete Street
in Company of Two other persons unknowne and drank and Eate
to the Value of Seven Shillings and Eight pence and the Two persons
unknown wenr oute of the House & left Sice to pay the Reckoning
and when he was asked for the Reckening Said that the he has noe
money but of this Informt. would goe with him the Said Sice to his
Lodgeings he would pay him where upon this Informt. went and
as soone as the said Sice came to his Lodgings and the person unknown
Asked this Informt. if he would be paid now, he answered Yes whereupon
the said Suie and the person unknowne fell upon this Informt. & beate
him & Teare his NeckCloath Vale Two Shillings & Sixe pence &
further Saith not
