and the said Cooke being Asked by some Gentlemen (whom
ye woman of ye house had called in) why he did not bring
the Mill wth him, he answered noe, he had left that
at another place, And this Depont: further maketh Oath
that when the said Cooke came from searching her
Lodgings as aforesaid, She [..] and her said sister were
carryed to the Bullhead Taverne, and there the said
Cooke Cryed Damm you, you are and Old cuning
Bitch and Keepe your Worke house abroad, and then
Ordered the said Ireland and Mathewes to make this
Depont: pay the Recconing and to pay them for their
waiteing and thereupon this Depont: laid downe a
Guinea and the said Ireland tooke it upp and
prtended to pay ye recconing wth it but came not
upp Staires againe wth the remainder of ye money
soe this Depont: was forced to pduse another Guinea
and paid the Recconing, then the said Cookeand
his Compaine tooke this Depont: and her sister from
the said [..]
plended to have them before
Robert Jefferyes< no role > and said he would goe before & ordered them to be brought after him and when they came to Lumbard
Streete End they run away and left this depont:
and her sister in the Streete and carryed ye money
taken from her sister as aforesd and this Deponts: Guineas wth them And the said
Cooke all this time called himselfe by ye name of chand
