Saith that on the 10th day of January Last 1691/2 my Husband
Thomas Dymocke< no role > , Bid his Servant the Black to warme him
Some Ale Indiferant Holt the saw Blacke Brought his Maser
the Ale, his Master dranke a good draught of it, his master
prsently Complained he was very sill, and he swelled very
much. he Unbuttening all his Cloathes and Untied his Carters
Saying, what Ever it was it would at his Fingers Ends, he

Taken with a violent Vomiting, and prsently tooke his Bed,
He Compalined it Seased his head very Violent, I told him I
had gott some water Coewell head For him, he told me he had
gott a great game in his Blader and Could not make water hid body

some Ale and Hony, and he dranke it and Refused to Eate any

me I have put nothing in it I acquainted my Husband with
what had Happned to me And the maid He ordered that not one
of the House should take any notice of it to the Blacke, Untill

my Husband Called him into [..] Roome I being prsent, my
Husband Charged him with what he had don, that he had poysond
him And me his daughter Ann and the maid he said he did [..]

Long before For Breaking Lockes and Mary Theefts and For
his Cofessing the Truth he had noe punishment, Beding him
to Confesse the Truth, For it was not that which the told to
