Who Saith, That the last night about ten A clock this
Informant coming along Cheapside
, in order to go home
to his Father's house did at ye End of Honey Lane
meet one Mr. Leee A young man of this Informant's
Acquaintance, who askt this Informt. to drink with
him; Whereupon yey went together into ye house of
one Elizabeth Quick< no role >
in an Ally nere ye Bull head
Tavern
in Cheapside
, where ye sd Lee was acquainted
(as this Informt. beleives) & drank each of them A Dish
of Chocolat in the Kitchin, & yen (ye Maid being to
wash ye Kitchin) Yey went into A Bed-Chamber, with
ye sd. Elizabeth Quick< no role >
: And having Stand Yere about
A Quarter of an hour, Ye sd. Lee & this Informt.
Offer'd to come away, & accordingly Mr. Lee went
away; But ye sd. Elizabeth Shut to ye Chamber door
& would not let this Informt. go And after Yat Ye
sd. Elizabeth would have had this Informt. to have
sent for wine, & very impudently kist him, & askt him
to lye down on ye Bed, By all which Circumsances
& Carriage of her's this Informant. tooke her to be
A Comon Whose. And this Informt. further saith that
whilst he was in Ye Chamber, And sd Pson came
up Stayrs & broke open ye door with his foot & Gen-
drew his Sword upon which Ye Constable & Wath
were sent for.
