Information of Against James Wilkinson< no role > on Suspicion of
having Stole divers Brewers Casks

Henry Sanford< no role > of Stoke Newington in the Parish of St. John
at Hackney in the County of Middlesex Boewer on his Oath Saith
Two of the Three half Barvels produced are his property which
Casks he found on Thursday the 29th of Octr. last on a loft over a
[..] Brewhouse of Phillip Frederick< no role > of Church Lane in the
Parish of St. Dunstan Stepney. Further says he has been robbed
at Different time of a Very great number of such Cash

Joseph Kirkman< no role > of St. Giles in the fields in the said County on
his oath saith he is in Partnership with John Harris< no role > of
Cannon Street London and that they are Jointly Brewers Says they
have been robbed of a great many Cash of different [..]
and that the Rilderkin or half Burrell produced is their
property and has been Stole from them

an Officer under the Lord Mayor of London on his oath saith
on the 9th. of Octor. last as he was on the Patrol under the order
of the Lord Mayor Etc of London he Stopt the Prisoner at the
between the hours of six and Seven bar who says his name is James Wilkinson< no role > having Two
Cashrin a Bagsays in Consequence he went to his Lodgings
in Tenter Alley Moor field in the parish of St. Giles Crippleagate
City of London where he founds the each produced claimed
by Mr Kirkman as his property Anthony Harrison< no role >
Mathew Bull< no role > Clerk to Mr. Sanford on his Oath Saith on Seeing
the Cash produced which is Claimed by Mr. Kirman at the
house of Anthony Harrison< no role > he went and acquainted Mr.
Harris and Mr. Kirkman of the Circumstance and was at the
finding the Two Cash Claimed by Mr. Sanford in the Premises
of Mr. Frederick last Thursday and th [..] at different, times
a great many cash of his said Master has been Stole and is certain
the Two cast produced are his Masters property
